… and Approach Any Given Situation with Less Stress and Handle it More Efficiently
Nowadays, we have to handle & accomplish so many things, and the tremendous amount of stimulation, radiation, pace, and demands of the modern world tend to significantly increase our stress levels.
It’s very important to understand that many people are under a lot of stress but are so used to it, that they just got used to ‘live with it’ and are often unaware of the impact that stress has on our wellbeing and our performance.
“I have so many things to do!”
“I don’t have enough time!”
“My TO DO list seems to just get bigger and have a life of its own!”
“I really want it, but I can’t afford it!”
“I don’t know what to do!”
If these sentences are familiar to you, then you can benefit a lot from learning how to approach any given situation with less stress and handle it more efficiently.
Eventually, our stress level and the level of our suffering are closely related!
Sometimes, we are aware of the intensity of our stress levels, maybe even admit that suffering is part of our experience.
However, we often get so caught up and used to “the small things of daily life”, that we fail to recognize the constant stress. We may even not relate to the word ‘suffering’ and feel that life is “just as usual”.
We could, however, be actually under a lot of stress, unaware of the hidden intensity, while compromising our experiences, our performances, and our achievements.
When we are facing challenging situations, the tendency is to be very involved mentally and emotionally, which makes us less objective and often less capable of handling the situation in a practical, healthy and efficient way.
I am the first to admit that I went into drama mode so often in my life, that I was busy handling how I felt rather than handling the situation.
